In 48 hours we will begin shipping out product to your address. Please check your email for a separate email from us confirming your address to verify it. If you have a change of address, email [email protected] your new address.

Our product will land in the USA on December 5th, and we are allowing 3 weeks for bundling and transfer to the AMZ fulfillment center. Stay tuned!

Hello everyone,

I am sorry for the radio silence, but I just wanted to send out an update once I knew for sure we would be complete with production. These delays have been daunting. The QC is arranged for this Friday on all product and we are going to send the goods to the US on the week of 9/14. I am currently working on a shipping plan, and anticipate a maximum of 45 days for ocean freight shipping to the USA. 

Things are looking positive! FYI, some of you have seen units for sale online - I've been selling the old V1 units off to help me pay for the V2 manufacturing.

V2 Filter Update

Hey all, we hope everyone is staying healthy during these trying times.   

We just wanted to reach out and give an update for our V2 filters. We are tweaking the lid design for the V2's to improve on the 8% defect rate that we saw with the release of the V1 filters.   

As for the timeline, we did have to push it back slightly because COVID-19 had our Chinese factories completely shut down from January until March 30th.. Now that the factories are back up and running, this is the new timeline (of important key points) we have been given from our manufacturers:  

4/24/2020: Lid Samples shipped to Nick and Alice for filter mould development 

5/21/2020: New Lids Mass Production Start  

6/6/2020: Filter Mass Production Start 

6/29/2020: Shipment Pickup by Courier 

From 6/29 we will need to evaluate the costs for air shipping or ocean freight shipping. Currently prices for air shipping have skyrocketed and are unaffordable.

All V1 Units are shipping, Coronavirus has Chinese Factories Shut Down

V1 Filter Purchasers:

I see that most of you have received your V1 brewers outside of the USA, and Amazon is going to have delivered to many of you USA customers early next week, if you're in the Midwest.

If you have not received a tracking number email from us yet, then that means it hasn't processed through AMZ yet. It says everyone will have their brewers in hand by 3/16 at the latest.

Please Note: About 8% of all of our V1 filters tend to slip out of the lid when tightened down very tightly. Shoot us an email if you're having issues with this so we can get you taken care of. V2 Filter Purchasers:

I am unfortunately still waiting for my factory to resume operation. They have been shut down since January 12th due to Chinese New Year and Coronavirus. Basically the Chinese government is restricting the factory workers to their homes, and they are not allowed to work. They were right next to a major outbreak area. They told me a few weeks ago that they hoped to return to work in early March, but at the moment I haven't heard much else.

At this point, since half of my backers have opted for the V1 Filters I will be sending updates via direct email to all people waiting for the V2 units, and I'll be posting updates here without enabling notifications.
